Undercover Boss

I’ve been watching the show Undercover Boss since its debut. One thing that stands out regarding the employees showcased on the show (besides their incredible work ethic) is that they are under a lot of stress because of the state of the economy and the uncertainty of their job security.

Seems to me that a inexpensive way for an employer to deal with that stress and boost workplace moral would be to bring in a hypnotist/comedian/speaker to deal with those stress issues. Me maybe?
